We are proud to announce that Lube-Tech (parent company of Reliable Plus) is once again recognized as a recipient of the Star Tribune Top Workplaces 2021 award! This award acknowledges the most progressive companies in Minnesota. Scores are based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health, and satisfaction. The 2021 recognition marks the third consecutive year we’ve received this award from the Minneapolis Star Tribune.
For 2021, not only was Lube-Tech awarded as a Top Workplace, but we were also recognized as a Top 175 Workplace. In fact, Lube-Tech was named #25 in the Large Workplace Category! Additionally, we were awarded Top Workplaces USA 2021 earlier this year.
Top Workplace Nominations
The nomination process for the Top Workplaces program is based upon feedback from an employee survey conducted anonymously by Energage. Nearly 3,000 organizations were invited to participate in the survey and over 77,000 employees responded. Thank you to all the Lube-Tech teammates who took the time to complete the survey!
