This is a prestigious honor to be awarded. We are excited to be a part of this excellent business model that treats its employees with the highest respect. There are many companies that are nominated throughout the state. Only 100 are selected based on employee surveys and results.
The nomination was placed last fall and the employees completed surveys at the end of last year. We found out in April that Barb and Cary had won and surprised them this morning at our all company safety meeting. It was a great, moving experience.
