Reliable Plus, a Minnesota-based vehicle wash equipment and solutions provider, and part of the Ascentek family of brands, is announcing the acquisition of Illinois-based 3/S Car Wash Service/Equipment.
As one of the largest distributors of car wash equipment, chemicals and supplies in the nation, Reliable Plus works with in-bay automatic, tunnel, self-serve, heavy-duty and specialty washes. Reliable Plus proudly serves customers in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota.
With this acquisition, Reliable Plus will be expanding its geographic coverage area to include Northern Illinois and the greater Chicago market. This addition will also add expertise and coverage to our existing Wisconsin and Iowa geographies. All the current 3/S teammates will come over to the Reliable Plus family with this acquisition, along with all physical assets.
